With more than 30 years’ experience as a commercial insurance broker and consultant, Gallagher has earned a unique and well-deserved reputation for her aggressive, innovative and creative approaches to insuring and managing the simplest to most difficult classes of businesses.

Gallagher previously held the position of President and CEO of Acordia of Michigan, assuming that position after heading up her own agency, Gallagher Group, Inc., for more than ten years.

Michael Beals has extensive experience in Risk Management and Workers' Compensation issues. While a great deal of Michael Beal's work is in layout, design, material handling, and productivity enhancement, he is frequently called upon to upgrade safety awareness and implement safety programs.

Beal's background includes having served as Director of Warehousing and Distribution and Corporate Planning Manager for Coca Cola Bottlers of Detroit, Director of Warehousing and Transportation for Great Scott Super Markets, and Operations Manager for the Joseph Frenkel Company wholesale HBA distributor. Beals has managed both single and multiple facility operations from small facilities to large networks with facilities in excess of 300,000 square feet.
